By creating an account or using MyPromptSkool (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by CoreLogic AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

MyPromptSkool is an AI-powered learning platform that teaches prompt engineering through structured lessons, personalised learning paths, and real-time AI feedback. We offer Free, Learner, and Creator subscription tiers.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is available on a Free tier and paid subscription plans (Learner at £9/month, Creator at £19/month). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent API usage limits or rate limiting
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit prompts containing illegal, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's content or code
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service

The AI feedback, Mentor responses, and quiz content are generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). This content is provided for educational purposes only and may not always be accurate.

We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always use your own judgement.

All lesson content, course materials, branding, and platform code are owned by CoreLogic AI Ltd and protected by copyright.

You retain ownership of the prompts you write. By submitting prompts to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised, aggregated prompt data to improve the Service.

What we store: the prompts you write, the AI feedback and scores they receive, your lesson progress and your XP are stored against your account so you can see your history and continue where you left off. You can download a copy of all of it, and delete your account and that data, at any time from your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreLogic AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will be accurate or complete.

We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes or career results from using the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
