MyPromptSkool is a product of CoreLogic AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the platform available at mypromptskool.com (the "Service").

Account data: When you register, we collect your name and email address.

Learning data: We store your lesson progress, XP, quiz results, prompt submissions, and AI feedback to power your personalised learning experience.

Usage data: We track which features you use, how often you log in, and your learning streak to improve the platform and send you relevant notifications.

Payment data: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

AI interactions: Prompts you submit for AI feedback and questions you ask the Mentor are processed via Anthropic's Claude API. Please don't include personal sensitive information in your prompts.

We use your data to:

• Deliver and personalise your learning experience
• Track your progress and award XP
• Send you emails about your learning streak or account (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Process subscription payments
• Improve our platform and content
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We process your data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to provide the Service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — to improve our platform and send learning reminders
• Consent — for marketing communications (you can withdraw at any time)
• Legal obligation — where required by law

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Anthropic — AI feedback and Mentor chat (prompts are processed but not stored by Anthropic for training by default)
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Base44 — Application hosting and database infrastructure

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time
